Since its founding around 10 years ago GGM Gastro International GmbH has made its name worldwide as a high-performing importer and exporter of premium catering equipment. It all started with a small team in 2004. From there, we enlarged the concept of GGM Gastro and have since expanded into office space covering 178.000m2. Today more than 150 employees work for GGM Gastro across 3 countries. In recent years, we have intensified our online presence on the relevant sales and trade portals, as well as on social media including Ebay, Amazon Facebook and Twitter, and this has contributed significantly to our sucess.
Thanks to optimum contacts with over 100 manufactures, we are able to supply our products at attractive conditions and in the highest quality. This allows us to satisfy your every wish with the utmost speed and ease. We keep a close eye on the market so that we can always react to the latest innovations and technical developments. This not only benefits us, but our customers too.
We maintain an open, cooperative dialogue with our customers. At the same time, we never lose sight of our aim to offer our customers the greatest benefits. The measuring gauge for our customer satisfaction is, among other things, the complaint rate.
We are not satisfied with the present extremely low rate, and instead set ourselves the objective of a constant rate of 0.0%.
